Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship only to the Continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or to any other destination outside the Continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Massachusetts residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders. Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law. All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.

Most Internet orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day.

Please note, orders placed after 12pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays, as well as Massachusetts state holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.

Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.

Orders are shipped via USPS (sometime UPS). A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We verify all credit cards before shipping. In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

BACK ORDERS

At this time we do not back order any items for any reason.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy Basics

To process your return quickly please keep your sales receipt. This will ensure that you get the proper credit for returned items and help your sales clerks to serve you better. All items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code. Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Non-returnable items

Food, drink, earrings, games with access codes, or items that are damaged or abused may not be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Opened music, movies, computer software, and video games can be exchanged for the identical item with an original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase, but cannot be returned for a refund.

Returns with an original sales receipt within 90 days of purchase

Any purchase made by:

Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.

Cash will be refunded in cash*

Check that has cleared the 14-business day waiting period will be refunded in cash* if not cleared then refunded as a Store Credit

Store Credit, Gift Certificate or Gift Card will be refunded as Store Credit.

Returns after 90 days of purchase

Sorry, but we do not accept returns after 90 days.

Returns without a sales receipt

If you made your purchase in the past 90 days by credit or check we may be able to look up your receipt for you and a Store Credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price**. If we are unable to look up your receipt because you did not pay with one of the options listed above, a Store Credit may or may not be issued based on the lowest selling price**.

Special Orders

Some Special Order returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cancellations may be subject to 15% restocking fee. No returns for custom made items.

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Store Credit

Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check and can not be refunded or canceled if lost or stolen. Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Store Credit are like cash and can not be replaced. Please keep them in a safe place!

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims for Shipped Items

Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim. All returns require a return authorization from us. Before you return an item to us please send us an email stating your reason for a return. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling 1-413-667-3232..

The Huntington Country Store reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return. The Huntington Country Store reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. The Huntington Country Store will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from a "Huntington Country Store LLC".

*The Huntington Country Store may issue a check for refunds over $100

**Sales tax will not be refunded on purchases over 90 days or without a receipt.
